Inside Sales Associate (ISA) / Cold Caller

Role Summary:
An ISA supports real estate teams by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
Schedule appointments for agents
Maintain accurate CRM records
Build rapport with prospects and handle objections
Support lead follow-up and improve conversion rates

Requirements:

Real estate experience is required
Proven experience in cold calling or inside sales
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce)
Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy
Able to work designated shifts or time zones
